Do I need to re-register for InfoSec World 2020 DIGITAL if I was already registered for the live event? 

No, you do not. To streamline the process as much as possible your registration was automatically moved from the live event over to InfoSec World DIGITAL for you. You should have received a new confirmation email with the virtual offering information. 

I had a hotel room booked at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, do I need to cancel that? 

For InfoSec World registrants holding Disney hotel room confirmations at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and wishing to travel to Orlando for leisure, Disney will honor discounted room block rates at $209/$189. If you’d like to cancel your reservation, and receive a full refund of your deposit, you can do it online, or by calling Walt Disney World Group Reservations at 407-939-4686 before June 12.

I am busy over June 22-24, do I have to consume the content during that time period? 

Nope! While InfoSec World DIGITAL is opening its virtual doors on June 22, the content will be available for you to consume at your leisure until December 31, 2020. 

Are there any changes to the conference program being delivered in June? 

The program is practically identical to what was planned for the original March conference with the majority of faculty committed to delivering their sessions. The same 7 tracks with 70+ sessions will comprise the Main Conference. We are excited that our 5 keynote speakers will be joining us, as well as a new panel discussing returning to work after COVID-19 from the cybersecurity professionals point of view. And for pre- and post-conference sessions, the three summits (Container Security, Leadership & Cloud) will run along with most of our workshops. Attendees will also have the opportunity for live Q&A with some of our speakers during scheduled session times. 

I was registered for a workshop which is no longer being held, will I get a refund? 

There are a select number of workshops that we are unable to deliver virtually. If you are registered for one of these workshops please contact us no later than Friday, May 15 by emailing us at customerservice@infosecworldusa.com and we will move you into a new workshop or summit of your choosing. 

I am an Expo Only attendee, can I still attend? What can I expect? 

Yes, please join us to network with your peers in the lounge, hear from our superb lineup of 6 Keynote speakers and visit with and learn from 60+ of the leading cybersecurity solutions providers in the Expo. 

Can I still earn CPEs for attending the conference virtually? 

Yes, you can still earn CPEs based on the number of hours you participate. You can earn up to 16 CPEs by attending sessions in our main conference program, and an additional 8 CPEs for any workshop or summit you attend. World Pass registrants can earn up to 45 CPEs. 

How can I get my CPE certificate? 

CPE certificates will be provided upon request.  Certificates will be emailed post event. To request your certificate, please email customerservice@infosecworldusa.com

I would like to talk to a few sponsors about their products, is there a way to do that? 

Yes! When you attend InfoSec World DIGITAL on June 22-24 there will be a virtual Expo hall filled with all the sponsors you see on the website here. You’ll be able to chat directly with a sponsor rep, access product information and even see demo videos. Once InfoSec World DIGITAL is in the on-demand period, you’ll still be able to contact sponsors through the virtual messaging system. 

My main reason for attending InfoSec World is the networking, how do I do that virtually? 

While nothing can replace the networking of a live event, there are still plenty of ways to connect with your peers, speakers and sponsors at InfoSec World DIGITAL. You can create your own custom profile with your social media accounts, picture, main work focus and more! InfoSec World DIGITAL has chat features in all the sessions that allow you to ask questions to the speaker directly, a networking lounge where you can message individual attendees directly or participate in group chats about best practices and lessons learned.
