Monday, March 30, 2020, 10:00 AM - 10:50 AM
At the root of all cybersecurity issues is the human element -- whether you’re talking about data privacy, AI, breaches, hacks, crypto money laundering or insider threats. In a fast-paced, countdown-style session, Professor Steve Black will examine the most important laws, cases, prosecutions, regulations and cybersecurity issues from the US and around the world throughout the past year that involve the human element. He will dissect (in layman's terms) what happened, how the law dictated the outcome, and what future law could mean for cybersecurity professionals and consumers moving forward.
