Founder and Chief Software Architect of Epigen Technology Corp, Terry supports many agencies as a Chief Architect within the US federal government, including the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Transportation (DoT), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Defense (DoD).
Prior to assisting federal government, Terry managed or supported product design, technical, solution, and data architecture, and systems implementation at Network Solutions and Verisign, Verizon, CAPGemini, and Lockheed-Martin. Terry has extensive experience in all facets of enterprise, technical, and solutions architecture, solution and application design, as well as, planning and roadmap development for complex programs and projects.
Terry takes a behavior-driven design thinking, lean approach to the agile implementation of emerging technologies. People deliver –> Security at the foundation; Infrastructure as the focus on validation of usability by users working the process; Sustainability of solutions for performance and scalability; and Cost-benefit of components as a result of user driven insights and continuous exploration of functional technologies.
In his current role, Terry works directly with several government agencies, from executive staff to acquisition and procurement, to information assurance divisions, to data operations organizations, to program, project management and development teams – in the implementation of cyber security and maturity, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology, tools, and techniques.
