InfoSec World Onsite Protocol
Keeping the health and safety of our community as our highest priority, InfoSec World has been closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and guidance on prevention and spread of the virus.
Having begun preparations to produce and deliver InfoSec World in-person in October, we want to share in advance the guidelines and additional precautions we are putting in place to enable our attendees, sponsors, and speakers to plan with greater confidence.
As conditions continue to improve, we are continuing to evaluate safety measures and will update this page regarding our onsite plans and guidelines.
All meeting venue space will be set to the current capacity rules and social distancing protocols as regulated by Orange County and/or the State of Florida.
Everyone in attendance will be required to wear masks at all times except for when eating or drinking.
Plexiglass barriers will be installed in areas where physical distancing measures are not possible, including at event registration and food service stations.
To minimize touchpoints, event materials and credentials will be provided electronically.
Updates and information regarding safety protocols and travel guidelines from Disney, the CDC, Orlando Airport Authority and the state of Florida can be found below:
ISW will host a pre-conference webinar for all registered attendees, sponsors and speakers to review onsite plans, set expectations and address any questions. Information regarding how to participate will be sent to registered attendees prior to the event. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to Wendy Loew, SVP, InfoSec World directly with any specific questions or concerns at [email protected].
