Speaker Bio
As Chief Executive Officer at Spirion, Kevin leads a team of passionate data privacy professionals driven daily to “Protect What Matters Most” to their customers, colleagues and communities. Data and privacy breaches will continue to grow with more than 33 billion records projected to be stolen in 2023, a 175% increase over 2018. As a result, privacy has taken legislative center stage as people’s physical identities become digitized into a form of personal data currency, for sale to the highest bidder. The real victims of a data breach are those individuals who will forever have to deal with their identities being compromised. It’s why Spirion takes what they do so seriously, and it’s why Kevin is honored to be a part of this team.

Kevin consistently gets things done with a track record of growth, leadership, and achievement in a variety of market/company conditions. Prior to joining Spirion Kevin held senior executive roles at enterprise security, networking and SaaS companies including Alcatel Lucent Enterprise, EasyVista, Meru Networks and Novell. While technology has proved to be his passion, his time spent working for both Mobil Oil and Bausch & Lomb early in his career proved to be foundational. Kevin believes that there is always a better way, a better process, a better approach that should all be focused on optimal customer outcomes. In fact, Kevin can often be heard saying “we don’t want happy customers, we want successful ones”.

Born in Southern California and raised in Rochester, New York he holds a Bachelor of science in Marketing from Penn State, an MBA from Loyala University New Orleans and a Certificate of Professional Development from The Wharton School of Business. He serves on the advisory board for CyFIR, LLC and volunteers whenever possible throughout the Tampa Community.

Kevin, his wife CeCe and his two children now call sunny Tampa home. His spare time is filled with kids activities, traveling with his family and enjoying all that Florida has to offer.
