A block of discounted rooms at a rate of $289 per night has been reserved at Disney's Coronado Springs. We also have rooms in the Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs at a rate of $339.
These rooms will be available to all registered and confirmed conference delegates, speakers, and sponsors until August 21, 2024. We do have a limited block of GSA government per diem rooms available at a rate of $140 per night. Note that a valid US government ID will need to be presented at check-in to qualify for this rate.
Update: Our Main Conference Government room block at the government rate has been filled and is no longer available. The World Pass Government room block has limited availability, please plan accordingly.
Access to the InfoSec World 2024 room block is available online exclusively through a link provided in your InfoSec World registration confirmation email. Only those registered for the 2024 conference will be able to reserve their hotel rooms.
InfoSec World is not associated with any third-party reservation agents. Making any reservations through a third party may put your credit at risk of a compromise. To make your reservation, please use the hotel link provided in your InfoSec World confirmation email.
- Access to the InfoSec World 2024 room block is available online exclusively through a link provided in your InfoSec World registration confirmation email. Only those registered for the 2024 conference will be able to reserve their hotel rooms.
- Upon accessing the link, you will be provided with an Access Code based on your registration type to enter into the housing online system. We have implemented these codes to optimize the room inventory for all delegates.
- Government InfoSec World Registrations: Given demand from government attendee registrations, we have a limited number of government rooms available. As of today, InfoSec World’s room block has availability to accommodate any interested government attendee wishing to stay on property.
- Any changes to existing reservations may be made by phone by contacting Disney Group Reservations directly at (407) 939-4686. Please have your hotel confirmation number readily available when calling.
- Periodic audits of the InfoSec World room block will be done to ensure compliance. Any hotel guest without a valid InfoSec World conference registration will be moved out of the InfoSec World room block and into another room on a space-available basis at prevailing rates.
- If your InfoSec World conference registration is canceled under any circumstance, you will have 5 calendar days as of the cancellation date to notify Disney of your event registration status. Otherwise, you will be moved out of the InfoSec World room block and into another room on a space-available basis at prevailing rates. Any and all cancellation penalties incurred will be the responsibility of the guest even if he/she is moved out of the group block.
