After lunch, we shift from the stage to tables for structured, facilitated conversations about the cost of always being available, the invisible weight of caregiving, the early warning signs of burnout, and the art of protecting your energy without being labeled difficult. Cybersecurity is a field that runs on urgency, and that urgency has a human cost that many of us carry quietly. Facilitated by a physician and human performance expert who has spent her career at the intersection of high-stakes work and sustainable human functioning, this session is the most human 40 minutes of your conference week.

Mentorship gets a lot of credit, but sponsorship is what moves careers. A mentor gives you advice in private; a sponsor says your name in a room you are not in. This session brings together a panel of four leaders who’ve navigated this industry and a male ally who has practiced sponsorship and allyship intentionally. We’ll close the program with a structured speed mentoring experience designs to put you directly and personally in the room with senior security leaders for long enough to matter.
