Session Abstract: Everywhere you turn, AI seems like it’s eating everything. Hype and hysteria dominate the press, but regardless of usefulness and applicability for more general problems, using these tools focused on writing and understanding code demonstrates potential. However, this isn’t without risks. This talk covers the risks of AI coding assistants in building enterprise software and outlines controls and techniques you can use to minimize these risks. The good news is with the proper tooling and process, you can catch security issues before they make it into your production code.
