Session Abstract: This session will present a roadmap for the development, implementation, and maintenance of an insider risk program and recommend effectiveness metrics for evaluating the program. An insider risk strategy framework will be presented: (1) establishing goals for the evaluation program, (2) defining outputs, (3) determining results, (4) identifying measurement criteria, (5) choosing how to perform the evaluations(s), (6) establishing metric benchmarks, and (7) establishing a formal review process to validate and improve the program.
