Session Abstract: Security Strategic Alignment to the Organization for Managers & Leadership using the STS Model. Cybersecurity Leadership and Management are two high-level skills required to successfully administer a Cybersecurity Division that produces the comprehensive level of Trust, Security & Stability (TSS) demanded by an organization. Leadership and Management are prerequisite expertise for all Information Security Officer (ISO) and/or Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), they must always be intentionally cultivated.

Summary: This topic describes who makes up the Senior Management and Information Security Governance (ISG) by detailing their roles and responsibilities and the importance of effectively designing the Cybersecurity Leadership Task Force that will deliver Trust, Security & Stability (TS&S).

Additional Information: In addition, this topic will outline the important steps to properly produce Trust, Security & Stability (TSS) within the Cybersecurity Strategy while aligning the essential elements into the business models. By answering the question why align information security to the business model, this course will review case studies in the following Industries: Regulated Financial/Health, Retail and Governmental Agencies.
