Kim Alkire is a knowledgable IT leader with over 18 years of expertise across healthcare, finance, and government industries. Currently, President of the Space Coast (ISC)2 Chartering Chapter in Florida and the System Director of Cyber Wellness at Health First. Kim is responsible for Information Security, GRC, Third Party-Risk, Disaster Response, Cybersecurity Engineering and Security Operations. Her experience also includes being privacy and security officer in healthcare setting. Kim is skilled in building key business relationships to integrate security positively and proactively. Her specialties include outcome-based strategy, solution design, and effective communication of security topics such as risk. Kim holds an MBA and BS in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University as well as numerous certifications including CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, and HCISPP.
