Assistant Professor in the Department of Technology & Security at Bowie State University. She serves as an executive board member of the HBCU Data Science Consortium, a 503© non-profit organization committed to building data science programs and research at HBCUs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania, master’s degrees from Hawaii Pacific University and Towson University of Maryland, and a doctorate from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Also, a military veteran who has served in the United States Air Force and was awarded an honorable discharge with several accommodations for exceptional military service.
