Johnathan Rudy is a Senior Corporate Counsel with TransUnion, focusing on data protection and cybersecurity. He spent ten years as an active-duty Marine Corps Judge Advocate and continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve as the Reserve Staff Judge Advocate (General Counsel) for Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. His last active-duty position was as the Chief of Cyber Operations Law for the Marine Corps.
