Dr. Catherine Bernaciak PhD is a Senior Research Scientist in the CERT Division at the SEI. Her current work includes research in Quantum Computing and Digital Forensics. After receiving her PhD in Physics in 2011, and before joining the SEI in 2019, she worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in High-Energy Physics and then as a Data Scientist in the Healthcare industry. She is continuing her education at CMU by pursuing an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree.
