For more than 35 years, Chuck has served as a technologist, educator, systems engineer, and program/project manager supporting law enforcement and national/ homeland security missions of federal, state, local, and tribal agencies. He currently serves as the Director, Education and Training for the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA), National Infrastructure Security and Resilience U (NISRU) education and training program. Chuck leads development and implementation of educational offerings to designed to enhance the infrastructure protection knowledge and skills for the 50,000+ InfraGard members across our Nation. Chuck previously served as an INMA Board Director and Vice president of the Maryland IMA.
