Special Agent Givens has 27 years with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He Is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Forensics Examiner (CFE). Has worked extensively on both National Security matters and Criminal matters. His most recent assignment in Tampa Division was Supervisory Special Agent of a white collar, civil rights/public corruption and healthcare fraud squad. He was also the COVID fraud task force leader for the Middle District of Florida where he led the Middle District of Florida COVID Fraud Task force during the height of the Pandemic. Prior to his assignment to the Tampa Division he was assigned to the Cyber Division in Washington DC, coordinating the FBI’s national strategy to address cyber threats.
