For over 20 years, Tom has practiced as a cyber security professional in the following capacities: (1) an executive director of information security for a Fortune 20 company; (2) a consultant in two cyber security consulting firms, which he co-founded and managed; and (3) a facilitator of teams of CISOs and security professionals from over 200 Fortune 2000 companies. Currently, Tom serves as Vice President of Content and Programs for the Cybersecurity Collaborative, a growing organization supporting Fortune 500 companies and SMBs through the sharing of security challenges and best practices. The Collaborative is part of the CyberRisk Alliance, which supports CISO networking opportunities and provides leading threat intelligence and industry best practices to its members.
