Former US District Court Judge Noel L. Hillman has transitioned to private practice, joining Gibbons P.C. to oversee its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice. Hon. Hillman, appointed to the U.S. District Court by President George W. Bush, received the highest ranking from the ABA's Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary and unanimous confirmation by the U.S. Senate. Along with an 18-year tenure on the federal bench, he held several senior roles at the U.S. DOJ, including Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General-Criminal Division, Chief of the Public Integrity Section, and Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey.
