With Six years U.S.M.C. and 23 years State Service, he has diverse experience in physical & information security, IT management & governance, budgeting, regulatory compliance, legislative analysis, controls auditing, contracting & procurements, and risk management. He earned his degree in criminal justice and (ISC)2 CISSP in 2012. Josh has worked in a variety of State agencies including: 8 years with Texas Dept of Public Safety, 3 years with Texas Juvenile Justice Dept, 7 years with Texas Dept of Motor Vehicles, and 4 years with Texas Workforce Commission
