Heather Ceylan is the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Zoom. In this role, she oversees the development and execution of Zoom’s global security strategy as well as the company’s cybersecurity risk management and customer trust programs. Heather has more than 15 years of experience leading security, privacy, and risk programs at global technology companies. Prior to her role at Zoom, Heather served as VP, Security, Privacy, and Compliance at Collective Health and Director, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Risk at PwC. Heather holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Butler University.
