Jason is an entrepreneur with 30 years of systems, software, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity engineering experience. Recently focused on machine learning and Generative AI technologies in cybersecurity, he co-founded and was CTO at two ML/AI Ohio startups: Nexosis (acquired in 2018) and Mantium, a Generative AI Security company. He was VP of Enterprise/Product Security at DataRobot, Principal Researcher at Veracode, and cybersecurity engineer at American Electric Power. Jason has worked with Fortune 500s, startups, and government agencies on system hardening and application security. He has implemented Authentication and Authorization systems using OAuth, OIDC, smart cards, and hardware tokens. Jason contributed to the GIAC Secure Software Programmer Committee, authored security chapters for Wiley, taught for SANS Institute, and holds two AI/ML patents.
