Contractors, critical infrastructure, and their supply chains continue to "top the charts" of lucrative targets for threat actors. One of the few areas where the Trump and Biden Administrations agreed was to raise the bar for cybersecurity compliance in these areas. 

This presentation will discuss the statutes, regulations, and executive orders that have gone into effect in the last 12 months. We will then explain what these requirements mean for companies that are federal and state contractors, subcontractors, and critical infrastructure owners/operators.
