It does if members are wondering how AI is reshaping and reshuffling IT and cybersecurity jobs, careers, and the entire enterprise tech workforces. We call it The Big Shift---tectonic changes sweeping through the workplace, driven by new A.I. technologies. It’s the fourth major industrial revolution. This session focuses on five A.I.-driven “shifts” disrupting the tech workforce:

The session will examine why AI’s potential to bring positive change in employment (productivity, innovation, etc.) will outweigh broadly felt fear and uncertainty about the enterprise workforce. The session will provide a detailed blueprint for attendees to follow using the five shifts as a baseline
