This live, interactive workshp is intended as a fun breakout session for 50-60 minutes. Participants will learn about the elusive skill of influencing without authority, one of the top-ranked skills needed in the future of work. The audience will learn 5 lessons, each underpinned by 5 critical skill and 5 tools to implement for leadership proficiency.
