This immersive session demonstrates how to run an impactful cyber Tabletop Exercise (TTX) that strengthens organizational readiness and response capabilities. Through a realistic ransomware double-extortion scenario, participants will experience how a TTX is conducted on the CIRM platform, which seamlessly integrates the incident response team, the scenario, the response plan, and the supporting technologies into a single, dynamic exercise environment.

The simulation is designed as an interactive experience involving both the panel and the audience, simulating real-world decision-making under pressure, from initial detection to containment, stakeholder communication, regulatory actions, and recovery, and showcasing how coordinated processes and technology-driven workflows enhance cyber crisis response.
