Ms. Sullivan is a leading cybersecurity and privacy attorney and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with over a decade of experience in guiding clients through pre- and post-incident services.
She specializes in proactively preparing businesses for cyber incidents and efficiently managing breach responses, earning trust among both public and private sector clients, including Fortune 100 companies.
Ms. Sullivan leads the Cyber Solutions team at Crum & Forster, a cyber insurance carrier, overseeing responses to cyber incidents. She ensures insureds have immediate access to crisis response experts, maximizing efficiency when every minute matters.
She is also passionate about risk management resources for C&F cyber insureds, equipping them to navigate cyber, privacy, and emerging technology challenges from a proactive angle. Her leadership extends to AI governance, where she serves as the Global Chair of Insurance and Liability for Women in AI Governance (WiAIG), helping shape responsible AI risk strategies within the insurance industry. As well as leading the International Womens Cyber Alliance on their leadership board and executive team.
Beyond her work in the industry, she brings this same dedication to academia as a professor of Cybersecurity & Privacy Law in Baylor Law School’s LL.M. Program in Litigation Management, where her focus on legal strategy, AI governance, and risk mitigation provides valuable insights for insureds, brokers, and partners.
