Mr. Lance Dubsky is the CSO for Quintillion Subsea Operations. He has held that position for over four years. Mr. Dubsky has over 30 years of experience working in the government and private sector as a C-suite executive. Prior to Quintillion Lance served as the CISO for Meggitt PLC, a British Aerospace Engineering company. He also served as the Chief Security Strategist for FireEye. Prior FireEye Mr. Dubsky was appointed the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).  NGA is part of the U.S.’s 16-member Intelligence Community.  In this role he led a global information security program and served as the Risk Executive.  Mr. Dubsky transformed Cyber Security Operations, implemented an IT Security Career Service, and led the transition to the NIST’s Risk Management Framework. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Dubsky was the Deputy CISO & Acting CISO for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).  In this role he managed the Information Security Portfolio and was responsible for security oversight of a $1B+ IT infrastructure. He spearheaded the Intelligence Community’s first implementation of the NIST Risk Management Framework. Mr. Dubsky led several firsts including infusing security control requirements into acquisition and systems engineering processes, adapted security controls and risk processes to space reconnaissance platforms, created the NRO's Cloud security strategy, and merged risk management and system development processes; all key initiatives enhancing the NRO's security posture. Mr. Dubsky partnered with Commonwealth Information Security Executives to develop and publish a systems security standard for the five nations. Mr. Dubsky is a veteran of the United States Air Force where is served in the information technology field.    Mr. Dubsky holds a B.S. – Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, an M.A. in International Relations from Creighton University, and conducted PostGraduate work at The George Washington University. He is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP).
