Ethan Tancredi is the Manager of the Technical Account Managers at Huntress. Ethan spent 17 years in the MSP space before joining Huntress in 2022.  He started working in an MSP as a part-time technician and worked his way up through virtually every position possible.  He often had to be reminded to stop touching the keyboard as he moved into senior leadership positions.  Ethan's passion for systems and processes around cyber security comes from his continuing quest to understand "How do companies protect their systems and leverage their teams?" Ethan loves to share the knowledge he has gained assisting partners secure their environments and react to incidents as well as learn from others.
