Lisa Umberger is the Chief Executive Officer of Sicura Inc. and a nationally recognized subject matter expert in DoD cybersecurity policy, authorization processes, and governance tooling. With over a decade of hands-on experience in RMF implementation, ATO acquisition, eMASS compliance reporting, and emerging Continuous ATO (cATO) frameworks, Ms. Umberger has successfully led security engineering efforts for both classified and unclassified environments. Her leadership has included designing secure DevSecOps pipelines, advising mission owners on risk tolerance strategies, and aligning compliance automation solutions with DoD cybersecurity policies. As CEO of Sicura, she provides forward-thinking leadership to DoD organizations on RMF through Security Control Management (SCM) and automation. Her dual role as CEO and security engineer ensures that technical direction remains grounded in operational needs and acquisition success.
