Debby Briggs is a Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at NETSCOUT, where she has led cybersecurity strategy since 2016. Previously, she held IT infrastructure roles at RSA, HealthSource, and GTE, and she serves on the board of Boston Infragard, an FBI-private sector partnership protecting critical infrastructure. She holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a B.S. in computer science from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and a CISSP certification. She also holds a patent for using trust profiles in network breach detection.
