Judson Lee is an attorney whose work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, and he has been quoted in publications ranging from Money Magazine to Investment News.  In addition to trial work, he advises third-party service providers on data protection and cybersecurity issues. He maintains certifications in U.S. privacy law (CIPP/US), privacy program management (CIPM(IAPP)), and network security (CompTIA Security+). He holds a B.A. from the University of Alabama, and a J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law. He has presented discussions on technology and privacy law, emerging security threats, and the ethics of technology. He is a member of Infragard Mississippi.  This presentation will be prepared in consultation with colleagues at The University of Mississippi, Department of Psychology and senior members of the U.S. Military Special Operations Community.
