Lance Dubsky is a trusted 3x CISO and specializes in problem solving and building fiscally responsible business-enabling cybersecurity programs. He has an extensive background supporting public and private sector organizations, delivering innovative security solutions, securing enterprise and decentralized IT architectures, and providing balanced risk management.   As the Chief Information Security Officer of Quintillion Subsea Operations, Lance deployed technologies, strategies and policies to meet National Security Agreement requirements and implemented a security framework to protect subsea and terrestrial fiber optic critical infrastructure and Quintillion's expanding groundstation business in America’s Arctic.  Prior to this role Lance was the VP, IT Security Technology at Iron Mountain [Steel Mountain in Mr. Robot] where he led multiple IT security projects implementing new security solutions to secure a federated infrastructure and prepare for next generation business applications and to resolve material findings. Lance led the rebuild of Iron Mountain’s security architecture including new products focused on edge security and the perimeter to reduce risks for business-critical applications. Led an international team for this Fortune 1000 REIT and data storage company.  At Meggitt PLC, a Fortune 250 global leader in aerospace, motion, and control technologies. Lance served as the CISO. He implemented ISO 27001, a new SIEM and transformed the Defense business to DFARS. Prior to Meggitt Lance served as CTO-Americas at FireEye evangelizing the security product suite and spoke on the cyber threat landscape at conferences, and to existing and potential customers.  At the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Lance served as the CISO with a staff of 300+ and budget of $100M. Lance was lauded for his rebuild of the global Cybersecurity Operations Center, tackling post-Snowden insider threat initiatives, and implemented the NIST risk management framework.
