Tracy Goodhue is a Cybersecurity Project Manager for a national nonprofit organization and founder of More Good Solutions, where she focuses on making cybersecurity both secure and accessible. A hard-of-hearing professional with Security+, PMP, CSM, and ICP-APO certifications, she turned her experience losing a job over blocked captioning tools into a mission to ensure security controls never exclude disabled employees. Tracy co-founded the Florida chapter of Women in Security and Privacy (WISP) and speaks regularly on accessibility in cybersecurity, most recently at the WiCyS Conference in Washington, DC in 2026.
