Matthew Frederickson is a cybersecurity practitioner with over 40 years of experience spanning hands-on technical security, executive leadership, and security program development. He currently serves as a GRC Analyst and Penetration Tester at IntegraONE, where he operates as a hybrid security practitioner and service architect within the organization’s Security Practice. His work combines penetration testing, governance/risk/compliance (GRC), and technical presales—designing and delivering scalable, repeatable security services aligned to frameworks such as NIST 800-171, HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. He leads internal, external, and web application penetration testing engagements while integrating findings into broader risk and compliance strategies. Previously, Matthew served as a long-time Director of Information Technology and CISO, where he built and matured security programs, implemented SOC capabilities, and led enterprise-wide risk and compliance initiatives. His experience uniquely bridges deep technical execution with business and executive decision-making.
