Don Baham serves as Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Rubicon Founders, where he oversees technology strategy, digital operations, and information security across the company’s portfolio of businesses. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and cybersecurity, Don guides initiatives that not only strengthen defenses and reduce risk but also modernize systems, streamline operations, and enable business growth.
What sets Don apart is his focus on people and culture. He is passionate about building strong teams, mentoring future leaders, and creating a collaborative environment where innovation and trust drive results. For Don, technology is not just about systems—it’s about empowering people and organizations to reach their full potential.
Don earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Governors University and several industry certifications including EC-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ISACA Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), as well as a handful of Microsoft and CompTIA certs. Don is also an accredited trainer with APMG International for the CISA Certification and CSX Fundamentals Certificate programs.
Don is actively involved in the information security community and is a past board member of his local InfraGard, ISACA and ISSA chapters. Don is also an Adjunct Instructor and Guest Lecturer at Belmont University. 
At home he focuses on his most important role as husband to his wife Kimberly and Dad to his three girls (and two dogs).
