Mike is responsible for leading the development and delivery of simulated exercises for leaders at the tactical and strategic levels in all industries globally. These exercises utilize immersive techniques to simulate enterprise-level cyber-attacks and are used to assess the customer’s preparedness to effectively respond from across the organization. Mike retired from IBM Corporation after 31 years working in various roles, most recently as the Executive Director of the IBM X-Force Cyber Range and the Cyber Crisis Management consulting service. He has experience in crisis response, incident response, risk management, and building and managing geographically diverse technical and business teams.
