Mentorship gets a lot of credit, but sponsorship is what moves careers. A mentor gives you advice in private; a sponsor says your name in a room you are not in. This session brings together a panel of four leaders who’ve navigated this industry and a male ally who has practiced sponsorship and allyship intentionally. This session is for anyone who wants to build teams for people who are usually overlooked to advance and mid-career professionals in search of advocates.
