Luke Fallon is a Lead Software Engineer at Manifest, where he focuses on the infrastructure that powers software and AI supply chain security at scale, from the pipelines that ingest and analyze SBOMs and AIBOMs to the platform that turns that data into actionable risk insight. He previously built mission-critical aerospace and defense software at Lockheed Martin, where he developed a deep appreciation for systems that must be reliable, auditable, and secure by design. Luke is especially interested in the foundational problems that sit beneath security tooling, like how software and AI artifacts are identified, tracked, and verified across complex environments.
