Dr. Ugur Koc is a Senior AI R&D Engineer at Manifest Cyber, where he leads the design and development of AI risk management solutions including AI-BOM generation and automated policy evaluation. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and his research spans AI-augmented program analysis, software security, privacy, and AI governance, with publications in venues such as ASE, FSE, TSE, and ICST. Prior to Manifest, he led AI platform development at Privado and spent three years at Amazon building automated privacy auditors for ML models, leveraging adversarial ML techniques such as membership inference and input reconstruction. He holds the IAPP AIGP and AWS Solutions Architect certifications.
