The State of 2022 Cybersecurity Jobs

Our Cybersecurity job market is super complex and a national security vulnerability in itself. We as a community have much work to do to solve this very serious issue. In this talk we will discuss the four key elements that are creating this complexity and vulnerability in employment. I will share data and stories to illustrate each of these four market complexities and share how to turn them into opportunities for professionals and employers.
